The 'But Good' part was because when this project started pretty much every CTGP had some really terrible tracks on average, so we are currently trying to make one where every track is at least decent (both in gameplay and visuals). While this multicup was formally just called 'CTGP PC' it has been changed to avoid confusion as Pixel got unbanned and decided to continue their 'CTGP PC Deluxe' project from way earlier this year. Deluxe is currently also trying to get better tracks in but with the amount of tracks they have it's hard to tell how good the average track is gonna be.

Yeah the 20/20 proved the old rating system was not good lol, it's not a bad track don't get me wrong but a perfect score is definitely overboard lmao

Now the judges just kinda decide 'yeah this is good' or 'nah this aint it' without a system which is much better imo

20/20 is not even a perfect Track, I literally sent a Track yesterday and got a 20/20 (the first 20/20 of all iirc), and I don't find it that good, it's missing some stuff even. All you need is the necessary to get the points

The leaderboard for this project is horrible, because people will never be accepted, for example, there are very good and fun tracks that are not on the CTGP.

That being said, I wouldn't call any of the courses in your collab "perfect". We already established that that's not a real metric. Even the courses that did get into this didn't get 20/20s under the old rating system.
But there's definitely a skill gap(idk what else to call it) between the two, and this one is closer to a theoretical "perfection"

Perfection isn't achievable. You can always do better. And even if someone where to reach their absolute limit, someone else could always be better. It's not possible to be perfect & be human at the same time.

In fact, I think having a "layman's CTGP", like yours, is a great idea. Most track packs always aim to have "the best tracks", which is great, but that means that alot of people never make it. Not necessarily because they suck, but because other people are always doing it better. Look at a couple MarioPower55 videos and you'll see what I mean. Having a place for all those not as stellar but still fun tracks is good too. Think like a low level tournament in a fighting game.
Having some way for your courses to be appreciated by others if it doesn't meet that standard is still good.
