it's technically possible but it's really hard to do because
- You need to make the track AND the background a gif
- Both gifs needs to be synchronized
- Both gifs need to be the most accurate possible to the time the player needs to complete a lap (knowing that the skill gap can be huge)
- And ofc you need to do the different frames to make the gifs

Knowing that I struggled to make the Spirit Town gifs, and that it's basically just a graphic detail I don't think it's useful in any way tbh
