Each quick builder piece is an image. I downloaded them all then edited them together to this, although I did need to resize the pieces to 30x30. As for the going backwards aspect, I only put a checkpoint in the beach section, where you don't go both ways.

Tip for the fastest route
Take the lower route of the airship but once you get to one of the bumps Rocky Wrenches come out of, use the bump to get in the middle then hit the boost panel on the upper route. In addition, in time trial when the race starts, use your mushroom when you are exactly on the finish line.
