The marathon character isn't actually apart of the roster, so I think you may have another mission to complete, or cup. What I'm trying to do for you is get in contact with anyone who knows why this may be a bug or not. But check the checklist I have further down in the comments which will tell you which missions, or cup you need to complete to unlock the final character

hmmmm @32s that is weird, I can tell you the character is meant to be Tiny Kong, for both the hard mission, and the additional one I mentioned, but if you still cannot get her, there may be a bug in the unlock conditions, to which I do not have control of at that point. I apologise if that is the case

duuuuude thanks so much!! I will make the character unlocked via a different challenge (I have decided the mission you can alternatively complete is the "Treasure Hunt Mission") for you, and there is a cheeky bonus character not even in the roster in the marathon one, but I appreciate the honesty in ya :)

@shinylove_s32s if you scroll down in the comments, you'll actually find a checklist for unlocking all the chars. See what you have and haven't done, and then see what you have left. (note, the ultimate rare-ware mash-up mission is actually not on the checklist, it's just an optional thing)
