What I was talking about with the daytime was, since the battle against Lemmy in Color Splash takes place at night, the Music just seems wrong to be playing with the track being set in Daylight.

FYI, It's called he "Red Rescue Squad", not "Red Toad Squad".
Also, it was called "Emerald Circus" in Color Splash, not "Lemmy's Circus".
Also also, this music isn't really fitting during the daytime. Now, if it were nighttime, it'd fit better, but with it being clear day out, it kinda doesn't match the atmoshpere.
