Yeah I Guess That Makes Sense, Since I Didn't Really Wanted To Make This Entire Track An City Because Of The Bridges So I Thought Of Adding Those Parts In Like Those Two Little Islands In Lap 2 And Fun Fact:
The Reason You Drive On Water In Lap 2 (The 3rd Starlight City Variant) It's Because In Sebastian Kart X It's Where Mario Kart World's Mechanic Of Driving On Water Instand Of Underwater Arrives So I Wanted To Make So That You Could Drive In The Water Here
