You need to click twice instead of dragging; that would be the problem

To add jumps in Quick Mode, you need to select them from the right and place them down manually. If you mean that the gaps were too big, you could fix that by making the gap a crossing instead of air and then adding a second ramp at the end of it

Thx for including my track. I recommend adding Daisy back since her stats are the best, but most people will have custom characters with the same stats so it doesn't matter that much. By the standards of bad tracks, these are all pretty good

Somehow skipped a checkpoint; I'm pretty sure it was on an offroad cut. Could just be stupid but checking the checkpoints would be a good idea. Otherwise good job, like the override, 4/5

In terms of remaking the track, you did a really good job. Pretty much everything mirrors the MKW version, and I can't exactly take my rating down because Nintendo made a terrible track. 5/5
