As I posted this message, I've completed a lap in around 12 minutes.
A truly Impossible Difficulty challenge would be "Complete this track in less than 30 minutes, in Time Trials, 150cc, without reverse drifting."

You may want to check the "Help" sections to place checkpoints. The ones placed in your tracks are very poorly placed.

It's impossible to beat for now as explosions don't affect decors for some reason

It could

Untick "Has hitbox", "Unbreaking" and "Fragile" and Tick "Collision damage".
Maybe the decor is "Unbreaking" by default and it causes an issue, try doing that.

The "Cold-Hearted Killer" Challenge isn't possible anymore because for some reason the bob-ombs and blue shells have no effect on any Goomba.
You must've changed the properties of the Snow Goomba decor making the challenge impossible.
In this decor's settings make it so it can be destroyed with a blue shell and a bob-omb again otherwise the challenge will have to be rejected.
