The track is a bit "fringed" at the outsides of the road. It feels also empty: You could add some text/texture on the road, or things in the out-of-bounce areas.
The jump/boost-panels look a bit too hand-drawn and the pipes do not really fit.
But all in all the theme, color and track layout is good.
