@Wal68 and then much later on coincidence someone created a account by the username of Mad Luigi, so this track got linked to Mad Luigi's account! Now I understand! Also probably why if you make a account named Anonymous, all tracks will be linked to that account (I think)

This is a glitch in MKPC that I was the one to actually discover. First, make a quick mode circuit, then replace circuit.php with arena.php (in the play part), then press edit circuit, then go back to the play section (by pressing the button), and then you would see a glitched level in front of your eyes! Now after this, consider trying with a battle course!
