1- I make my pixelated tracks on paint. I draw the layout from the layout of these 3 courses:
- GBA Peach Circuit
- GBA Mario Circuit
- GBA Luigi Circuit

Then, I decorate with colours.

2- I use paint for making my custom decors

If you want to make animated custom decors, draw the different frames of your decor, then make them as PNGs then make the GIF.
