The second SBOK track to be a blatant copy of an Unleashed stage, I wouldn't cunt DK Downhills since beyond being a jungle using jungle joyride there's no similarity

Im pretty sure the bottom of the background here is transparent so it kinda just darkens the horizon and I think that's sorta cool and unintentional

So I actually was going to make this track like, months ago, before 2024 I'm talking, and I scrapped that version of the track to work on other stuff just cause I had no inspiration or ideas on how to make this track work. I'm actually like really glad I didn't finish it then, it was so far from even having a complete layout but I'm so much more happy with what I have here. All I recall of it is that it had A building but not anything to give it any character. It basically was just like an adaptation of how Sky Sanctuary looks in Sonic Generations and I really didn't like it. For how we got to how this track is now, I was screwing around with Nudge on a random track name generator, got 2 things, Xylophone Temple and Tornado Galleon and Nudge said something like hey you combine them and get Tornado Temple which sounds cool and I was literally thinking about this track because it was like the last really interchangeable/filler-y kind of retro track left, so I thought I'd do something like that here and slowly that idea came together and lemme be real, this tracks looks EXACTLY how I was picturing it being. Rarely I actually manage to pull off what I'm imagining in a track, but this nails it. That's the development story of Sky-High Garden, I hope you'll enjoy me basically reword all this in the inevitable SBOK7 dev commentary.
