hey yellowkoopa, i think i found out the problem, you haven't shared them yet, so if you don't know how to doi it, here it goes:
1. go to custom character
2. go to character editor
3. click on a custom character
4. click on the button that says share
5. enter a useername and voala, you shared a custom character
anyways, hope it helps so that you can share the characters and make people play as them

the roster is garbage, i mean, the mario characters he choose are good, but i feel mario kart should only have guest stars who are in smash bros circle of fighters and the franchises the fighters come from or from the companies who have a fighter in smash, idk if you get what i'm trying to say, but i'll remove the current guest stars and replace some of them with better guest star characters, like in here:

yeah now that i think about it, DaisyPeachandKeeby68 argument seems valid, since the tour/bcp version of it focuses more on the visual aspect rather than the gameplay aspect (i mean, scs and nh are squares, and shs is a oval (just like gcn baby park) but they look visually amazing)
