no? 4:3 is typically known as fullscreen in alot of games, its basically an smaller version of 16:9 (16:9 would be like 1920x1080 while 4:3 would be 640x360)

Thoughts On MKWorld (Mario Kart World)

The game looks great, i like all the new designs they gave most characters (fat mario) but i have some concerns, the tracks they feel a little too... open, not much going on when going from one track to another, ofc 200cc fits for this but giving the fact that it wasn't shown in the tree house kinda concerns me if its gonna be in the game or under a paywall (I'm not paying 50 something dollars for faster speeds after i paid 80/50 something dollars for a game). of course the game hasn't came out yet so we still don't have everything nor can i make any assumptions on it, the tracks look amazing though.
