Thanks To @Tech_Toast1 For his Multicup Mario Kart Stardust Racers which gave me some inspiration

RULES:
Has to be done in QM
The tracks has to have Circuit in it (Example: Toad Circuit)
Has to be easy but not too easy
The track name can't be Mario Circuit
No Retro tracks
That's all
(I might update the rules list though)

How to get points
Theme (Example a good theme would be like the Figure 8 Circuit theme not a Sky Garden theme)
Item Boxes
How challenging it is (can't be too challenging)
Shortcuts (But if the shortcut does not work you will lose points)

Why am I making this when nobody is going to do it...
