You're way overcomplicating a simple concept like a TBC. You haven't even given a theme. And you also haven't made it clear if the track needs to be made for this.
For information, I try to attract (a little) people into the competition so that they follow me and participate in my concept.
People are free to choose their own themes.
They can choose if it is a new circuit or if it is an already published circuit.

et je vous dirais si c'est accepter ou refuser.

- Il y aura des 8e de finale, des 1/4 de finale, des 1/2 finale et une finale (suivant le nombre de joueurs)
