what character is the best for speed
In terms of pure speed, Luigi and I think Hammer Bro are both the fastest characters in the game. Idk Hammer Bro's stats, but if not Luigi is by far the quickest.
no luigis handling is so terrible i dont like playing as him the most and i dont think i can beat all 10 cups to get hammer bro

The real way to unlock characters is based only on the amount of "Gold Trophy" you got.
I use " because actually, Silver and Bronze Trophy can participate in the unlocking of a character based on this calculation:
2 Silver Trophy = 1 Gold Trophy
2 Bronze Trophy = 1 Silver Trophy
so 4 Bronze Trophy = 1 Gold Trophy
Heres the characters and how you can unlock them.

Hammer Bro/Frère Marto: 10 GT
-Those who can be unlocked with the Grand Prix created by players:
Rosalina/Harmonie: 3 GT
Diddy Kong: 5 GT
Dry Bones/Skelerex: 7 GT
Funky Kong: 9 GT
Toadette: 11 GT
-Those who can be unlocked with the solo Grand Prix mode:

You know what i really want? Boss Battles and Mission mode in this game i wish we could actually make a mission set and end it with a boss fight (if the arena maker for complete mode was easier to do) would you want Mission mode in mario kart pc alongside Bosses?

Actually it's the case like Ridley in smash. We would need to shrink Petey just so he can fit. That would make his kart VERY small,or squash him. That works too.
