Before I get comments asking why I stated that was a lie, let me explain. The computer I use for this is not technically mine, so when the school in my area shut down they requested everyone give back their Chromebooks. I have it back now because school started back in September, but I have been extremely busy since then. I should get a PC soon (finally have a good amount of money), so if I have the time I'll be more active. However, school exists now and is piling work onto me faster than I can get it off right now. So, there is my explanation.
What I will be doing in terms of activity from now on is that, if I have some free time, I will be online. I now have a job (sort of*), so I'm not going to be online much after I'm done with school each day, and on weekends I'm not going to be online.
*I kind of don't have one, but I do stuff each day to earn money, so.

The contests serve as a healthy combination of practicality and creativity - as in, creators can both simultaneously be inspired for future creations by seeing rivals while also putting their skills to the test when creating the best possible version of a course that can be offered. For spectators to these forum threads anyone can test or try out and have fun - and get a few inspirational races under the belt with possible changes of paces, much like the Challenges on the home page. I think I can see what you're seeing and getting at, though - although there seems to be an abundance of un-undertaken trials and course creation contests under a number of different subjects (which can both feel overwhelming or disinteresting/unmotivating at first), these seem to be integrated nicely into serving their own stimulating purposes for the minds of MKPC racers out there. (By no means do you - or anyone - have to participate, though~!)
