Yeah, the game is dead. That's my whole point. Now, name 1 modern Mario Kart game that is dead.(By modern, I mean DS-8DX). Tour, technically, sure, but the others are alive and well thanks to CTGP & stuff. Point is, why would they break the formula that is clearly working? Story mode didn't save Tokyo Olympics from being the last one we got. It didn't save Brawl, or Ultimate. The rest of the game saved Ultimate, but the story was easily the worst part of that game. It's not an RPG, it's not an exploration game, it's go-karting, it doesn't need a story.

my crash team racing remake review
My mother and I bought the crash racing game for ps4, I have crash nitro kart on ps2, CTR gameplay is normal but I can't use the turbo because it's too complicated, The game's tracks are very good for beginners and there are nitro kart tracks and exclusive bonus tracks in the remake, The characters are really cool and have retro skins and karts that make you feel very nostalgic, but it could have been brought into the new crash racing game instead of making a remake of an old game, my final grade is 5/5
