Correct, there just have been alot less submissions since the initial hype has died down + judges have gotten more strict. Currently replacing some bad tracks so no new cups for a while lol. In other words this project is a very slow burn. Also most of the good track creators on this site are kinda dead atm, assuming they even would have interest in the first place.
CTGP is dying because it doesn't have the best Creators and nudge leaving the site and MTGP is dead because of the mess that happened last month

And the track will have an interesting layout, it doesn't mean that you just reject it because it's made in pixel art, some people don't know how to draw but pixel art is accessible to everyone.

pixel art tracks are easier, but they are overall low quality and the road width can be inconsistent
Example: 100 X 100 If you enlarge the image by any size it will become a small image
