I would say Sky Garden. The music and overall ascetic of the track is great!

There has 100% been another topic of this nature in my mind, so I'll just quote what I said in that topic.
That's actually quite interesting that you like Super Circuit as much as you do. Most people that I have heard talk about the game don't like it that much. I wouldn't say it's my favourite, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it when I played through it. Top spot shared between Super Circuit and DS, maybe slightly towards Super Circuit due to less restrictive track design and overall deepness of mechanics. DS still great nonetheless, but many tracks (Delfino Square, DK Pass, most of the special cup) would control better in a nu-kart imo. DS at its peak is still better than Super Circuit at its peak, mostly due to more varied track design that works in its favor, notably in Waluigi Pinball, Mario Circuit, and Choco Mountain.
