Because of the lack of speed. If you aren't getting mini turbos as much, then dry bomber isn't going to provide much advantage, and its only remaining positive is if you already mess up. Egg 1 provides a good balance of speed, MTs, off-road and accel

i cant do the chain chomp with car physics cause the sprite width is not a multiple of 22 and im too lazy to edit the sprite
