it probably thought of Amsterdam Drift, Riverside Park, Yoshi's Island and Bangkok Rush, which all have water in them
It's a Submarine tho. it can't fit in a river, which eliminates 3 of those tracks already.

Don't know if helps, but if you fuse author and whatever nintendo game you get nintendo, then, fusing nintendo with any of it's games, you get the console of the game
