You go to the Google Play Store, you install Dolphin Emulator, then you search for a Mario Kart: Double Dash ROM then download it, you keep the .iso of the game in a folder, you load it and play.
Also for the controls, go to the game dashboard, make the buttons, and align them to the existing ones.

I think the supercontinent in Mario Kart World should be called Kartgea, since it's similar to Pangea and it means "all lands". And the game brings retro tracks without their console label, so Kartgea will be the name.
