Allowed to change cpu's diffculty in grand prix.
Remove the overskill thing in the driver editior.
Change start track music to MKDS.

Mallow (Mario stats)
Cityhalk (Dry Bones stats)
Mez (Luigi stats)
Glue (Daisy stats)
Tape (Wario stats)
Tropical (Koopa stats)
Terminal (Bowser stats)
In order to succeed a good character model, you must get at least a 7 or higher,
this is the image you must make each racer a mkpc sprites, like a example of Mario.
This will end once 5 competitors has finished making all models.

NITRO TRACKS
Nitro tracks are tracks from a new series, this is a 5x4 rule, yes, 5 cups with 4 tracks in it.
16/20 spots because all BKR tracks are returning.
RETRO TRACKS
Retro tracks are tracks from the past. (ex: N64, GCN, Wii) 5x4 rule, same thing with nitro tracks.
12/20 spots because 12 of them are returning.
BATTLE TRACKS
Battle tracks are nitro and retro like, 5/5 rule.
2/5 retro spots filled 3/5 nitro spots filled.
DRIVERS
Drivers are the ones who races the tracks.
1/12 driver spots.
CHALLENGES
Challenges can give you points if you follow their rules.
Free-for-all.
