You can make a course have height in complete mode. You could draw polygons, and set a height for it to appear as a hill in a race. I feel like something like that or a terrain tool would be awesome.

Speaking of making backgrounds, I kinda wish we could make our own custom backgrounds as one large image, similar to making character sprites.
What if you could also determine offroad / holes with a Brush Tool?

I feel like some tracks would be a little tedious to try and get every hole assigned with a good respawn point, and sometimes jumps and speed boosts aren't accurate to the image. What do you think?
Are you talking about official circuits or those made by other people?
