I believe the game will launch with 24 retro tracks. I don't believe that they will be changed too much for 24 players (If we get more tracks that are as wide and boring as Super Mario Bros. Circuit is I'm gonna freak out)
Anyway, here are the tracks I believe will be brought back:
SNES: A Ghost Valley
N64: Yoshi Valley, Wario Stadium
GBA: Rainbow Road, Lakeside Park
GCN: Mushroom Bridge, Mushroom City, Dino Dino Jungle, Wario Colosseum
DS: Bowser's Castle, Airship Fortress, Delfino Square, Luigi's Mansion
Wii: Toad's Factory, Dry Dry Ruins, Bowser's Castle
3DS: Wuhu Loop and Maka Wuhu, Shy Guy Bazaar, Mario Circuit
8/8DX: Super Bell Subway, Mount Wario, Shy Guy Falls
