lets get some obvous ones out of the way:
screen effects(etc. the shake effect on snow land, yes i know its bad but it should still be able to be toggled in settings). the ability to add effects to your level for better visuals would be amazing for complete mode tracks, and it would make them feel alive (i already made a similar thing with translucent decors with no hitbox, but this would work a lot better)
more general search filters (etc. instead of having multiple categories for complete mode like multicups, cups, and circuits, put them all in one big category called "complete mode"
more options to decor settings, for example a sprite like a goomba could have 5 sprites instead of 2 sprites for smoother animaton, which could be adjusted in settings.
seamless teleportation WITHOUT the blackout effect. this would make for a ton of cool optical illusion maps!

I agree that most of these would be cool to have, but I don't see why any of these are necessary. Specifically, I think the second one is just removing options and I don't see the point of that.
Screen effects during courses could work, but they'd have to be done right. As for the other two, they'd definitely be cool but probably aren't worth the effort they would take.

Donkey Kong Bananza is a terrible game. Nintendo did not know what they were doing in the slightest. The ending is absolutely miserable in comparison to games with better stories such as New Super Mario Bros. 2.

I previously said DS Rainbow Road but I failed to consider Figure 8 Circuit. However, F8C is an incredible track to practice and learn reverse drifting, so I stand by my choice.

Snes Bowser Castle 2. Exhibit 1. Long Boring Straightaways. Exhibit 2. Weird Squares that are awkward to drive around. Exhibit 3. A dead end meant only to troll you. And to top it all off, in this game, you can fall off the edge instead of just bouncing off the walls. Bowser's Castle 2 is a prime example of bad track design.
Yes SNES BC2 sucks. I do have to say that for Exhibit 3, you can use a shroom to gap jump.
Also, in court, exhibits are marked with letters for defense and numbers for prosecution.

DS Rainbow Road. It's overhated and really not that hard, but I enjoy most tracks and it just stands out as the least polished. Really hard to RD on as well, although that could just be me as I am new to RD

The Wii U got many updates during its lifespan despite being considered a flop. Also, I bet you don't own a Wii U. It's actually a really good console. Nintendo is still going to make sure they have a functioning console, regardless of if it flops or not.

It literally just shoved Odyssey and replaced it with DK stuff. Cappy is Pauline. Power Moons are Bananas.
Also Nin10doland got use to it, but he used to be interested in 3D Mario, and DK Bananza ISN'T 3D Mario.

I can't give too much of an opinion since I haven't played the game yet, but just because the Odyssey team made it does not mean it is Mario Odyssey. Anyway, I loved Mario Odyssey and I'm chill with effectively getting a second one

A bit of a smaller idea, and I could be completely wrong so please let me know, but I don't believe you get notified for your TT record being broken on custom tracks. I'd like that fixed. Again, haven't been around too long and I could be wrong.

I happened to snag a WR on a shared track called "Ds Rainbow Road Kaizo" by utilizing an ultra shortcut found by JellyGroove. It made me wonder if anybody else has one or two world records on tracks that nobody plays/has played.
It's not that hard to do; you can just go to low quality new tracks and play them once just to have a time. I've done this 15-20 times already, and I probably still hold most, if not all of those records.
