Because of copyright reason there can't be a Mario Kart PC app...
But could there be a messaging app?
Like take the private MKPC chat area and put it into a mobile app that also includes a limited version of the forum?
Here is a mock-up image I made!
And when you are on mobile you will have a blue dot next to your name, so that other members know that you are on mobile and that you can't race and have limited access to MKPC...
You will get some MKPC notifications like forum related notifications and messages people have sent you... but maybe you could get notifications from circuit comments too?

you cant add complete mode tracks other people have made to a cup you make...If you try i think you geta broken cup (after its shared)
