I can understand that the 
Shock is a very hard item to use depending on the goal that you're aiming for (shocking everyone, shock dodging someone, target shocking someone, etc.).
It requires looking at the mini map a lot. Try to keep the informations that you got thanks to the minimap updated as soon as possible, it's very important.
If you'd like me to help you practice your item play with this specific item, you can tell me the main problems that you have with it and I'll do my best to help!

i took the time to read everything and its really interesting... didnt know you could dodge a red with corners, surprising but still hard to pull off.

S tier: Star, Bomb, x3 Greens
A tier: Mega, Bullet, Shock, x3 Bananas, x3 Reds, x3 Shrooms
B tier: Blue, Golden, POW, Red, Green, Poison
C tier: Purple, Mushroom, Banana
D tier: Fib, Blooper

Red Shells are very hard to dodge using corners (walls or holes) because the said corner as to be somewhat sharp enough so that the straight line drawn between you and the Red Shell gets cut off.This must be one of the most original item tierlist I've ever seen, for once the
Shock isn't top tier and the 
Bob-Omb is in S tier! I guess sniping someone to ruin their race sure is really satisfying xDAs for the
Green Shellx3, can you explain why you put it in such a high tier? It'd be interesting hearing your answer ^^Shock isnt in S since me personally im not too much of a fan, and its hard to use strategically in my opinion... especially in teams
Bomb is 100% S teir since getting a snipe is so fun... unless the person who snipes is you XD
I put 3 Greens in S tier because of the backspam that you can do it first right before you finish, its super annoying but fun at the same time!

im honestly just trying to take back my MC2 record and maybe a couple other ones like RP
it definitly does look like you've lost plenty of status and that wasnt my intention, you are a incredible 200cc player and deserve credit for that skill, just make sure to practice other things sometimes

Im here to say that me and @neptunogamer are making our own 200 tt team, the main reason being that @Keinieo took a WR from his own team mate (me), and this is simpily a rebelious act against what he did.
