No, if you go to the Official Suggustions Topic, they say it will take lots of effort, and some tracks have a lot of crossovers, and they can't do MKW due to the tracks being connected.

Can MKPC add the next 2 odd number titles for track templates? Like 3DS and World? (7 and 9) They did track templates for the 1st 3rd and 5ty. What about 7 and 9? I would love it if the devs added templates for track in 3DS and World in the Quick Mode
Well since 3DS and World tracks aren't in MKPC (They will never anyways) There's no point of doing so, and World Tracks connect, MK7 isn't coming because well the said so in the Official Suggestions topic, and it would be hard to implement them too, so just make the tile set yourself.

Whenever you are playing a mario kart game (depending which one), they feel alive mainly because the characters have voices for every thing they do. If you were to hit someone with a shell or banana, why don't they say "oh, yeah" or something like that. Is it because of the servers or we want the game to run on low-end pcs? Or is that mkpc is based on snes mario kart?
Mario Kart PC is based off of Super Mario Kart, and also since custom characters exist it will be pointless.
Yes, I know, but personally I think, wouldn't that feel strange? MKPC is a 16-bit game, and wouldn't that feel weird with voices?
