I have given up on a lot of challenges. Still retrying during the Christmas holidays, but some of them have issues, like the circle one where a red shell crossed through my triple red shell, which is not supposed to be possible

What the fuck are y'all talking about ? I got the challenge on 2nd try, on phone, while I was on a winding car ride...
I even completed it twice considering I already did it. It takes 54 seconds, and I made many mistakes on the challenge. It's pretty annoying since the ground is snow, but for a first day this is easy asf.
And I'm not a pro player or anything, I'm mid. It's not quote unquote pros mocking noobs, it's literally your rusty average player, who is the first to complain about advent calender challenges.

DS Airship Fortress never deserved to have a spot. It was good in DS, okay in MK7, boring in MKT. If they were just going to pull on us a HD sky and some decors but not giving us the missed potential of that track like shortcuts, aerial platforms, etc. Then it wasn't worth it. Plus DS Mario Circuit was a quite nice addition.

Ninja Hideaway is good but overrated.
Waluigi Pinball doesn't do anything for the lack of shortcuts or for the bland gameplay or for any other flaws it could have, but the visual job is insane.
Daisy Circuit was better in MKWii, mainly because the road around the lighthouse feels more cramped up, thin and short now. Something is wrong, or at least off, with rhe scaling. Even the beginning feels thinner and that gives the track a bad gameplay. That aside, the gameplay is underwhelming and they could have done so much more with the theming.

My hot take is that Piranha Plant Pipeline deserved to be in the BCP. Still sad that it didn't get in.

- Wii Rainbow Road is kinda mid ngl
- DK Mountain was the best Wave 6 track
- 3DS Rainbow Road easily has some of the worst visuals in the DLC
- Waluigi Stadium is hella goated, easily the best DLC track

They shoulded to put Wario Collosseum instead bcz with antigravity, the circuit could be a banger
It was pretty much obvious it was not going to make the cut. I don't really imagine Wario Colosseum in MK8 tbh. However, if they do a full rework on the visuals which area bit lame, it would be a great addition to the next game. Also most of the BCP tracks come from Tour and there was no absolute way WC would be in Tour. They couldn't even let Wii RR have two laps, so I can't even imagine WC...
@Invu Not most, but all of the BCP tracks and characters are from Tour.
@Realboy Wario Colosseum couldn't have come bc it wasn't in Tour. Waluigi Stadium is overrated but not bad imo

Who has the MK8D Booster Pass btw
I do, and I think the majority of this site does. Not buying it on the first day, okay, but not buying it at Christmas 2022 and not buying it for your birthday ? Hard to swallow. Plus this is a MK community, and the BCP doubles the amount of tracks, so obviously most people here are going to have it in their possession

Including SNES Mario Circuit 3, DS Peach Gardens, GCN Waluigi Stadium, and GCN DK Mountain, the Booster Course Pass has a total of 11 courses from Mario Kart Wii. Add Wii Moo Moo Meadows, Wii Grumble Volcano, and Wii Wario's Gold Mine and you get a total of 14 courses from Mario Kart Wii
