Anyways, I'm rather new. Do you guys use any software to create racing sprites? I'd like to make my own custom sprite.
I use something called Pixlr Editor, all you need is Adobe Flash https://pixlr.com/editor/
i find paint.net to be better. adobe flash player is gonna die soon meaning that pixlr editor may or may not be disfunctional

You need a subscription to paint.net, but there are some codes for free online.
