1. Go on your Switch to the Internet settings.
2. Click on a network that your Switch can connect to.
3. Click Change Settings after you’ve clicked on the network.
4. Go click on DNS settings and enable it to Manual.
5. Change the Primary DNS by clicking on Primary DNS.
6. Once you clicked on the Primary DNS’ button thing type in 45.55.142.122
7. Click Confirm once you put in the DNS.
8. Click Save after you’ve Confirmed the DNS.
9. Once you clicked save, Click on Connect to network.
10. Wait until you see this screen.
11. Click Next and start browsin’!
to enter the browser you can also press + on the news screen.
I pressed the + button in the news screen, and it just sends me to the find channels screen.

This is normal, since the inspect doesn't change the game's source code, but the html page!
changing it would actually change the speed
I think negatives actually made it so there was no speed limit or at least really fast
