Mario Kart PC Forum - Advanced search

I was trying to make my custom character but when I put it in, it looked like it was just moving through the picture. I been trying to find any tutorial online or a forum on how to make a cheater but I haven’t been able to find anything that helps. And when I play with it, the frame it’s on looks cut of. Can anyone help?
