This isn't some big stereotypical PDF File Discord server, you can bother moderators. If you dm them, they'll always see as soon as they get on the site. How is a topic that you can only see even exists through the homepage and that also might just not be seen anyway on a forum many people don't use that also has all the downsides Lely mentioned better? But yeah, people hella underestimate the power of drawing shit themselves and CM, which is the entire point of the game's track creation, not the layout drafting mode that's a tiny grid of basic pieces

you can very easily make those tracks yourself, in fact literally the most popular creation on the site is the most accurate versions of every track of game that doesn't have tracks in this. the point of QM is that it takes 5 minutes to make a track, and that wouldn't work for a grid. broken pier is a boo lake palette swap. kb2 would be no different from 1. you can draw these and arrange them for a cm track anyway.

Trying to time trial a track is a great way to study it imo. Spending like an hour trying again and again to execute a run perfectly you get know it quite well.
