There's not going to be a Booster Course Pass 2. The Booster Course Pass was only created to port Tour's content and Nintendo is probably working on a new Mario Kart game now.

Nintendo isn't selling the game anymore and they won't make anything from it anyways. As long as the game isn't being sold anymore, it's fine to download ROMs.
only problem is, it's piracy
While it is piracy, the game isn't being sold by Nintendo anymore and the only way you can get it nowadays is if you buy it from eBay or another online market and even then, Nintendo isn't making a penny out of it.

When I play the VS Mode in this game, it seems endless and I can't find an option to set the amount of rounds. It feels really weird and there should at least be an option for the amount of rounds, can you help me?
