I was mad, so I grabbed the phone and almost yelled, "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT!!??" and they replied, "I want your money, silly." and then hung up. Talk about creepy. I feel you.

Damn. If you know of him and where he lives you should report him to your local police but make sure you have lots of evidence and he could potentially (Hopefully (Probably)) be arrested.
