Prologue: Dietsoda and VanVonMatteh

Dietsoda: UNHAND THESE INNOCENT CIVILIANS, MAYFLY!
VanVonMatteh: No way, you puritanical killjoy nymph. They are participating in a bloody game that shall cost them their lives.

VanVonMatteh tried to attack Dietsoda, but he nimbly dodged the onslaught of scimitars and bullets, hid behind a nearby tree and called IlluZhion on his phone.

Dietsoda: Hey IlluZhion, you OK?
IlluZhion: Yeah, why?
Dietsoda: Hold up... Where are you?
IlluZhion: I have no idea, some island I think...
Dietsoda: WAIT, YOU WERE CAPTURED?!
*Something heavy snaps in the distance*
IlluZhion: No, we came here to rescue Kris and the others.
*VanVonMatteh cackles harshly*
VanVonMatteh: GEH HEH HEH HEH! GOT YOU NOW, FAIRY BOY!
*VanVonMatteh smashes a tree on Dietsoda's head, knocking him unconscious, then he dragged him onto a black sleigh*

Sorry it's taking kinda long. I'm just thinking of 2 plots at the same time lol

In the end only like 5 people survive

Prologue: Lely and Max

Lely: This snowstorm is harsh... Max, how much longer until we reach Hell's Bluff?
Max: Provided we don't get attacked by any wandering Vanbads, we should be there by sunset. But don't worry too much, I've got your back.
Lely: Well, that went fast. It's only 5 minutes until sunset.
*A shadow appears in the blizzard*
???: Turn back. You do not want to become supper for my underlings.
Max: ARE YOU THE LEADER OF THESE MANY-ARMED FREAKS?!
???: Ho ho. Of course I am.
Lely: Count Vandemere? Didn't you die ages ago?
???: No. I am his far more powerful successor.
Max: RUN!!!

It was too late. Within minutes the Vanbads swarmed around Lely and Max and they were dragged into a black sleigh.

Prologue: Chilli and Dark

Chilli: Ewww, snow?! I'mma melt it!
Dark: Lighten up, Chilli. It's the holiday season.
Chilli: Easy for you to say...
*Chilli spits a fireball at an acre of snow, causing it to melt into a pool*
Chilli: Cool! Hey Dark, betcha can't do this!
Dark: Gah, whatever. I'm going home.
Chilli: Fine, party pooper.
*The snow crunches lightly beside Chilli*
Chilli: Wh-who's there?

Chilli turned around, but promptly wished he hadn't. He was greeted with the unnerving sight of an average-sized man in a blood red cloak.

???: Be not afraid...
Chilli: GAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! WH-WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?! WHO EVEN ARE YOU?!
*The mysterious figure grabs Chilli by the scruff of his neck and drags him into a black sleigh*
Dark: HEY! LEAVE CHILLI ALONE!
*Dark transforms into a demon*
???: Wanna fight, demon?
*The mysterious figure draws out 20 scimitars in a heartbeat*
Dark POV: HE'S GOT 20 ARMS?! He must be a Vanbad...
*Dark charges at the Vanbad, but it bests him in little under a minute and drags Dark into the sleigh as well as Chilli*

Prologue: IlluZhion and Lemon

IlluZhion: Wow, I think I've seen enough peace for one day...
Lemon: Wanna break it again?
IlluZhion: You bet I do.
*IlluZhion's phone vibrates*
IlluZhion: One second, Lemon~
Kris (from phone): ILLUZHION! LEMON! COME QUICK! SOME GUY IN A RED CLOAK KIDNAPPED ME, TOO!
Lemon: Holy- When I said I wished for anarchy, I didn't mean for it to be this bad... I just wanted a bit of chaos...
*Lemon cries, IlluZhion strokes her hair and kisses her to calm her down*
IlluZhion: This is bad... We've got to rescue Kris and potentially others as well...
*Lemon dries her tears away*
Lemon: But how? I don't even know where the island is!
IlluZhion: Follow me.

IlluZhion and Lemon flew to the island. The sight that greeted them was horrific...

IlluZhion: This is absolutely shit... Slavery? Torture? Even I'm not that evil...
Lemon: The snow is freezing my feet as well...
*IlluZhion and Lemon see Kris and Popplio sitting under a tree*
IlluZhion: Kris? Popplio? What're you guys doing here?

Prologue: Kris

*Kris walks through the market*
Kris: Why does nothing ever change in winter apart from the temperature and weather?
IlluZhion: Hey, isn't that Kris?
Kris: IlluZhion! How's things with Lemon?
IlluZhion: She's ok, I guess. Wait a second, you haven't seen a mysterious red cloaked guy walking about have you?
Kris: What the hell are you talking about?
IlluZhion: Not keeping up with the news, huh? Toads, Yoshis, Koopas and Piantas everywhere are being kidnapped by him, apparently.
Kris: HOLY- Who does that?!
IlluZhion: Horrible, isn't it? Anyway, I've gotta go grab my daggers. They STILL haven't been cleaned... Guess I'll just have to do it manually...
Kris: You serious? Anyway mate, see ya round!

Kris walks off into the distance, not knowing what would come his way...

???: Kris...
*Kris stands still in fear, then slowly turns around*
???: Be not afraid...
*Kris screams, suddenly remembering IlluZhion's words*
Kris: GET AWAY FROM ME, YOU EVIL KIDNAPPING SOCIOPATH!
*Kris gets dragged into the black sleigh, kicking and screaming at the figure*

Prologue: Popplio

*Popplio walks into the city*
Popplio: Wow, the city's always so alive at night... Everything's so-
*WOOF*
Popplio: HOLY SHIT THERE'S A DOG HERE!
*Popplio runs back home but it's nowhere to be seen*
Popplio: Huh? What's going on?
???: So you finally made it...
Popplio: Wh-who are you? Where am I?
*Popplio gets dragged into a black sleigh*

In the foggy skies of the wintry hills, Popplio and the masked figure are flying on a black mechanical sleigh... But where to?

???: Popplio... tell me... What do you most want to do right now?
Popplio: For starters, the fact you know my name is pretty disturbing, considering the fact we've never met... But I just wanna know WHO ARE YOU AND WHERE ARE YOU TAKING ME?!
???: All is to be revealed in the near future...

I actually played the game once - imo it's better than SMM2
