SBOK7 SBOK3 Rainbow Road
- Rainbow Road/ Description
The end of the Rainbow Road, and by extension the Hyper Zone. The brown planet here is known as BOG-39, which was originally a codename, but it stuck as what most people were used to calling it. Otherwise, here you'll be blasting through space with a Launch Star and exploring an ancient temple. It is unknown what this temple was for, but its floor's layout is notably in a 9 shape. This is the final track, so give it your all!
- Vs. Gold Mario & Gold Koopas Description -
This is the end of the line. You've caught up to Gold Mario. But so have the Gold Koopas, and despite their weakened state from the battle in Cyber Plexus, they refuse to let you deal the finishing blow on Gold Mario. The fate of Bob-Omb Galaxy - no, all of the cosmos - rests in the outcome of this race. Finish him off, once and for all.
- 8-Z Description -
Wielding the Aureate Blade, Link slices through Gold Mario. The robot falls to the floor. Curiously, a strange blue chip falls out of him. It reads the word "Zolph".
"How... how did that get there? I don't recall that chip being a part of his design." Rick mutters as he inspects it.
"Hmm... How are we going to escape this realm? I suppose I could try to fix him right now."
After a short while, Rick manages to fix Gold Mario, however he did not put in the strange chip. As he regains consciousness, Gold Mario soon realises what has happened, and apologises for his actions. However, just as this is happening, everyone notices that the Hyper Zone is beginning to crumble. Everyone is doomed if they do not get out now. Suddenly, a portal opens at the end of the dimension. That portal may be the only hope. Gold Mario creates a gigantic stash of Golden Mushrooms and everybody rushes to escape. You must follow them, if you want to see another day.
- After 8-Z Description -
Everyone exits the portal. It leads to the center of Bob-Omb Galaxy. Everybody returns home. The day has been saved, and Bob-Omb Galaxy can go back to normal. Hopefully.
Now it is a while after the events of this story.
Bob-Omb Galaxy has returned to its usual state, and continues to grow and prosper. The Gold Mario model has been revised, and has now been put into mass commercial production. It will soon be easier than ever for anyone to safely explore Digispace. In other news, the team at Golden Laboratory have investigated the strange blue chip that fell out of Gold Mario. It appears his actions were not a rebellion of free will, but rather a result of this chip reprogramming his conscience. But how did it get there? And what does "Zolph" mean? It would seem the story is far from over.
