DescriptionHere is another track based of one of Wal68's fanfics!

It's the year 2012, Waluigor proposed Wargor a racing duel around the Capital City, the winner would decide what kind of kart the MKPCians will be allowed to use! While all the details of the race are written, it seems the race ended abruptly after Waluigor had a brutal kart accident, causing Wargor to win by default...

In the first section, you race through empty roads while the second section has obstacles like cars, cones and mud puddles and the third section takes place outside the Capital City in the forest!

Unfun because thi and filled of decors, but if you put Delfino Plaza music from Super Mario Sunshine I'll give you a 4/5, the NES robotic sound pierce into my ears. Enjoy your life, and you are improving track-wise.
