DescriptionRumors say that Nodac asked for a neophyte mode of SNES Rainbow Road, but he couldn't afford it and just paid to get whatever this is. It was cheap but Nodac didn't like it, so he ended up asking Nudge to turn it into a racetrack, but knowing Lely was the fabricant, he decided to ruin it as a prank.

I didn't read the track's backstory when I validated the coin challenge, but I can tell that the rumors has 640% false by the fact that it didn't prank it, I threatened him to make this track. Also I can't beat my better! HOW DO YOU DO THAT!!!
