why is it always that the old one off tracks are way better than the ones at that point in the project i was working on at that time

Tip for the fastest route
Take the lower route of the airship but once you get to one of the bumps Rocky Wrenches come out of, use the bump to get in the middle then hit the boost panel on the upper route. In addition, in time trial when the race starts, use your mushroom when you are exactly on the finish line.

Le circuit est en fait bon, je vois pas pourquoi juger les circuits sur le fait qu'ils sont des remakes.
En l'occurence c'était un concours de remakes alors oui.
