Osc-omb is talking about the track ideas and assets, which I may add that Mario Kart PC has RE-CREATED using Pixel Art to do this with the help of SNES Maps site, none of this was ripped from the game

Collecting resources for your maps is not stealing. Recovering a Map already hosted on the MKPC servers is stealing.
